The messenger module allows to send messages or documents to a predefined audience based on predefined business triggers (eg invoice to client).
The alert modules aims at sending sms and mails to dedicated audience when a predefined threshold is reached (eg ageing balance, negative settlement advisement, mismatch between clearing and settlement, abnormal activity in volume or number of transaction,…).
